When was the Roman fountain built in Lincoln?

I'm doing Roman coursework and I found in a book that the Romans began building fountains in the streets, one was built in Lincoln. However, i need dates to show chronological change over time from 43 AD to 400 AD.
Anyone know of any specific dates when the Romans began implementing these public health changes, such as fountains and baths?
