I go to this Asian market a lot and they sell pork buns there, and i'm pretty sure it's not cooked, i'm not sure what steamed dough looks like. the meat inside is pre cooked though. I have baked it before and it was delicious, but is steaming it the proper way? btw, if it helps out since I don't really know the real name for it, it is a ball of cooked pork, surrounded by dough that kind of has a spiral at the top.
