When does Heartland Season 5 release on dvd?

Heartland DVD Season 5 Avalability

Hi,
Heartland Season 5 is released on August 21, 2012.
CBC (Canadian Broadcaster) has started selling it on pre-order and they will ship it on that date. They say that they do not sell to Internationally but when I placed an order for the 4 seasons and teh Christmas special, I was able to complete the order and it was shipped to me no problem. I even got free shipping on my order.
