Hunting from a closed stand doesn't really require camoflauge. And since your objective is to sit fairly still, you won't be able to move around enough to build any body heat. I would say to wear long johns, insulated socks, your regular clothes (jeans, t-shirt, etc.), and some insulated coveralls. That will at least break any wind and the extra layers will work together best.
