If it is a singer just go to their concert and when the concert is over just wait and wait and wait...wait a little longer, and eventually they will come out and you will get to see them. They usually wait until almost everybody has given up and gone home, and then they dont mind comin out whilst there are only a few people left outside waiting to get a pic taken with them lol!!! It takes hours, but my sister does it every time she goes to a concert and she ALWAYS gets to meet them lol but im not sure about actors etc..? you could look up their address maybe on the internet/ lol, why? who did you have in mind? lol xxxxx
