i weigh 192 i want to set a realistic goal of being 145 (my pre- pregnancy weight). im a severe asthmatic (very much exercise induced) that has fibromyalgia, i bought jillian michaels 30 day shred but i read reviews that said that it needs more cardio so i bought gold's gym remix kickboxing with a pulse (can't find any reviews on it). I also AM eating healthy and have cut junk food and cut down on and am counting my calories. Im serious about getting into shape i just need help with getting started exercise wise.
I want to know if the 30 day shred would be a good workout to start with or what workout DVD would be good for me to lose weight and get into shape?.... especially for a beginner.
