What video card should I buy?

I'm building a computer primarily for music production. I also occasionally animate and edit HD video. I'm only a casual gamer (the last game I played heavily was Starcraft 2), but I'd like to be able to play graphic intensive games.

Here's what I have so far:
-Intel Ivy Bridge i7 3770k
-ASRock P67 Extreme4 Gen3 Mobo
-16Gb 1600 MHz Ram
-Momentus XT Hybrid Hard Drive
-Dual 20" HP LCD Monitors (DVI)

The only thing I'm stuck on is the Graphics Card, which I don't know much about. Should I go for a Radeon 7000 series to get the PCIe 3.0? I've heard the NVidia chipsets are better. I'd also prefer a fanless card to keep the noise down for recording, but I'd settle for a relatively quiet fan.

My price range is under $200.

Any chipset recommendations or brand preferences would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance, everybody!
