what types of food should i be eating so that i meet my 2800 calorie goal? I am trying to build muscle. i've been eating a lot of chicken, fish, tuna, turkey, beans, wheat bread, wheat rice, 1% low fat milk, protein powder, egg(white part only), special k cereal, fruits and vegetables. i always meet my protein requirements. my calorie intake is the only thing i cannot meet. i am eating every 1 1/2 to 2 hours each day after i work out in the mornings. i also add peanut butter to get more calories.

Anyone have any ideas of what healthy foods and snacks i can eat that can help me increase my calorie intake to build muscle.
