Freekeh. It totally sounds like some kind of dance craze, doesn't it? But it's actually a super nutritious grain that's gaining popularity in the health food world. Billed as "the new quinoa," freekeh (pronounced free-ka) is basically durum wheat that's been harvested when the grains are still young and green.
