As part of my catering exam I have to make a dish from Thailand, i have look at a few recipes on the internet but none of them really interested me anyone have any ideas on what I could make.....???
I'm very fond of vegetarian pad thai. You can also make it with meat (chicken probably). Tom yam soup is great if you're looking for something really spicy hot and sort of sour. There again, my favourite is the veg version, although the white fish (Tom Yam Pla) and grilled fish - probably trout - (Tom Yam Pla Yang) are pretty tasty too .The gingery chicken curry called Gaeng Sap Nok King Orn is delicious. Hmm... I'm working up an appetite here...
