I use a Blackberry Bold 9900, it works fine for normal smartphone stuff like web surfing and such, apps lack on OS7, but the new BB10 looks way more promising, full touchscreen and junk, and the Q10 has the full anolog keyboard. But the specs of both your choices fall short of the BB10 lol. But the S3 seems your best bet.
