What size tires and rims can i put on my truck?

could i fit 33" x 11.5" R16 Nitto Mud grapplers with Moto Metal 950 rims on my 1998 2wd chevy silverado with a 4" suspension lift on it. if not what is the max size tire i can fit and what requirements must the rims have?

33 " tires belong with the 4 " lift ..and 35 " and 36' with a 3Body lift if you want make it a little bigger
