What do you think of unmarked law enforcement cars running radar at night with no lights on offroadway??? Some states have unmarked units but uniformed police officers(South Carolina). Some states have units that are marked but with dark colors black paint with grey lettering that blend in the night (mississippi). So what are your opinions. Do you feel that is unfair?
