What is this book called and who is it by?

There is this book I saw on a advert and I THINK it was called kidnapped or something.
There is this guy and his sister gets kidnapped. Then the guy has to work with the FBI to save his sister or something. I also think the front cover of the book was a photo of a girl with her hand reached out or something.
PLEASE HELP!!!
