I am an aspiring fashion designer, at 13... 
And I am starting a scrap book,
I have tried out lots of pens and pencils and paints, to color in my designs but I was wondering #
which you guys thought was easiest to apply and use, best looking, and easy to carry around!?!
And also I was wondering whether or not to outline my designs in black pen, because when I do, they look bad!
Any other general fashion design tips I will give 10 points to the best answer!!! PLEASE HELP!!
