What is a good bodybuilding routine for me?

I have little money, 1 dumbell at home, a sledgehammer i sometimes lift for substitution, im overweight and im 6'4 not much to work with. BQ what are some good protien shakes and vitamins (don't say steroids) I can leg press 1500 lbs though.
I did leg press a little a few months ago where I maxed 1500 i guess i wasnt too clear on that
My Goals lose this water weight gain muscle mass like my personal hero Arnold Schwarzenegger (in his prime) gain strength
 
How do you know you can LG 1500 pounds if you only have a dumbbell? You didn't really list what your goals are ie what you want to accomplish. So I'm just going to suggest you go to a gym and consult a personal trainer. If you can't because of money, then go for a run or a walk.
