What in my chart makes me lose interest so quickly?

I lose interest in pretty much everything. People, school, games, work, hair, clothes, my life, etc. Anything you can possibly imagine I get so bored of so quickly. I can never stick to anything and i'm jumping from one thing to the next. It's hard for me to stay in a serious relationship, let alone be in a relationship at all. What's my problem and how can I fix it?
