What computer for graduation present?

Ok well I decided to get a new computer as my graduation present. Because mac's are pretty much baseline for video/audio/graphic editing in college Im getting one. Thing is, I really like the new iMac but a laptop is more versatile and many get them for college so what do you think?

Or USB ports. You do need a ridiculously thin laptop though.

im not getting the macbook air. i think its useless to have a laptop that thin. plus its considerable slower and contains less than the regular macbooks. lol at the dual moniter iPhone

mac desktops honestly fail... REALLY REALLY REALLY HARD! im not going to say buy a PC because i respect peoples opinions on both. Both have there own strong points. But lets put it this way, i would own both like i do now, but i would get a PC first.

I just got my dual monitor iphone set up a few weeks ago, it's great. I do a lot of extensive post video editing and graphic design for the trendy college I go to and let me tell you what, this mac set up is perfect for downloading porn.

Don't get a mac just because you think it's superior for video/photo/audio manipulation, you'll look like a douche bag... which you probably are for thinking that anyways. get an iMac.
