What camera should I get? (Newbie)?

I've been wanting a new point and shoot camera for a while now and especially for the coming summer as I shall be going to China and Vietnam. With that in mind I'm looking for a camera that is good for scenery shots and fast moving objects (optional) I am also hoping to do a bit of vlogging.

I've been looking around and it's come down to these 3 cameras although I am definitely open to suggestions with a budget of £200-£300!

Canon PowerShot SX240 HS
Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ30
Sony Cybershot HX9V

I know that choosing a camera is all about preference but I really have no idea and after having read many reviews both positive and negative, I'm quite indecisive about what I should get!
