To anyone who is familiar with Ellen Hopkins's writing/books (Author of Crank) you'd understand that her stories are fabricated into, very interesting, poems.
However, I can't find the name to the style of those poems.

See the excerpt, "Flirtin' with the Monster." Notice at the right it reads- The monster was great for a little while.
Then the second one, "Just Before The Drop"
at the right it says - coaster, car, climb, drop.
So, is there a particular name for this type of poetry? There must be...
