To electric guitarists: question about style of playing using "plucking" and
chorus used in jazz? I am wondering what the technical term is for the type of playing once used in 1980's pop music, now mostly used in smooth/contemporary jazz music, using an electric guitar with chorus and seemingly plucking the string hard, and how is it done? A good example of what I'm referring to is Dean Park's solo at the end of "No One in the World" by Anita Baker.
