The Tumblr app on my iTouch is stupid?

It won't let me make or reblog posts. It began a few days ago when I tried to post something, and when I refreshed my blog it didn't appear. It keeps happening everytime I try to post.
I already have a Facebook, but not much is going on That's why I made a Tumblr.

The App its self isn't stupid, the guy who created it is.

Anyway, if you can't do any of that stuff, then it is pretty much useless - read comments in the future.
