From experience, I've found Tesco's a bit tricky when it comes to getting a refund on electrical goods, as they've said in the past "It's/they've been used, so we can't refund". I bought a set of BaByliss hair straighteners (2 days before Xmas) and have used them twice. I am very disappointed with them because they haven't produced on my hair what is described on the box. Do you think Tesco's will give me a refund?
