T Mobile iPhone 5 question?

I'm planning on buying an iPhone 5 from T Mobile sometime next month. So I'm wondering if I do buy it how much could I get for it when the next iPhone comes out so I can upgrade?
@Jared I'm asking around how much could I get "for it" as in sell it not how much I could get it for.

on contract probably the usual $199.99 $299.99 off contract I'd say anywhere from $599.99 - $799.99 but hopefully they lower the price this time to around $399.99 but yeah right that'll never happen

Who knows. There's no chart proclaiming how much a phone drops in price when the newer model comes out. You'll just have to see when it happens.
