I've been nothing but a loyal customer to T-Mobile and their service is absolutely horrible. My contract is up December 14th I believe and I was wondering what to do if I want to leave T-Mobile and go to another carrier? I don't want to pay a large fee, that's why I'm waiting until my contract is up. But what should I do? Do I have to give a 30 days notice if I don't want them anymore? Or like once my contract is up, can I just call and cancel service with them? I just don't want to be somehow stuck into another couple years with them because I made a mistake and fallen for their traps.
