My friend lost his keys to is Suzuki baleno. He ordered a new one from the Suzuki garage. He could not open the doors without the key and the car had to go to the garage on the back of a transporter. The alarm had to be disconected by the garage. When he collected it, the car was running, he paid and started his journey home. When the car stalled and would not start he had to have a breakdown truck! Because the car had stoos for a couple of weeks the battery was no good. The car lights keep coming on and off now without the key in and you can hear a fast clicking from the fuse box under the bonnet. He has put a new battery on but its still doing it and he has to dissconect every time he is parked up. Telephoning the garage they said if its their fault they will repair, but how can we prove it is as we know nothing about cars and he really is now skint after paying almost £600

How did they disconect alarm without keys to open car etc ??
sounds like what is the cause of the problem

altinator problem i doubt cus with a new batery it would all work fine regardless unless you had issues before also it would light up on dash if that was faulty

i personaly think it was the alarm disarming that has messed it
