Sports Direct Delivery Ireland?

I ordered boots from sports direct last thursday ( 15/11/12) they havent come to my house.
I live in Ireland. I went into my account on sports direct it still says new order . I am starting to get worried. when will they come ? Its International Delivery. Also did not get a delivery confirmation email

Ring them up - or e-mail them asking where the order is they will ask a few question sand will tell you what happening there could be a shortage in the boots so a delay in postin gthem but as i said ring them ...
