Spit Tobacco, i started dipping last year, but i have only dipped about 2 months?

because i stopped using dip during school etc. its a hard habit to kick in the summer because of boredom and it relaxes me after football games, i want to quit because i know if i contimue for even5- to ten years more i will be affected by it. help please.
