I am trying to transfer files between my phone and my laptop using a USB cable.
When I connect the two, my phone recognises the connection, starts charging and comes up with a menu with the following options: 'media transfer' 'mass storage mode'.
It dosn't matter what option I click on, the laptop simply dosn't recognise the device.....It's like the device dosn't even exist on the laptop.
I have gone through ALL the menus, files and drives on the laptop and there is NOTHING to do with my phone anywhere?!!!?
