I THINK ITS A SPAM BUT IS SAD GRAND PAHMA BUT HE ASKED FOR MY CREDIT CARD AND SAID SOMETHING ABOUT TAX AND 118 DOLLARS.HE SAID I HAD 18 MONTHS TO GO.HE GAVE ME THIS WEBSITE ROYALPAHHMHCL.COM BUT IT DIDNT WORK.HE SAID HIS NAME WAS JOE PERRY AND HIS ID WAS UF20022

NO if anyone ask for a credit card over the phone than its a problem. It sounds fake and they are trying to steal your money and identity.

There's a really easy way to tell if a contest is a scam or not, if you didn't enter a contest, you didn't win a contest.
