I sold an item on Ebay that got damaged during shipping. It was packed properly. sent USA to Canada. the item was 1200.00 but the buyer said to only insure it for 150.00 because he did not want to pay taxes and or brokerage fee for the whole amount. He filed a claim, saying item was not as described. because it was pictured not broken, but arrived broke. Who's side will eBay choose?
