sniper shooter iphone game?

Okay I recently downloaded sniper shooter from the app store on my iphone. I have unlocked stage 3 and am now stuck. The scope thing has a sign on it saying "D:1000M" and its telling me to align that with the targets head. i have and it doesnt work. i dont think im doing it right.

can someone show me how or explaine please? someone who obviously has the game though!

All you have to do is look at the mark that says "1000" on the scope with a line next to it. make sure there is no wind shown on the screen, and if there is, line up the 1000 mark on he scope with his head, then move the scope to the side while staying on the 1000. MAKE SURE there is no wind, as the game glitched a couple times for me and I had to wait about 10 seconds before the wind appeared in the corner.
