Alright, so I was hanging out with my friend playing Call of Duty, and i was noticing that i wasn't getting any messages for awhile. So, i looked at all my settings and noticed that my phone was in Airplane Mode. I tried to turn it off and it wouldn't work. So, i did a hard reset, followed by a factory reset. And still nothing. So, then i resulted to Google. And they're telling me that i need to send my phone in to get fixed? And apparently it's a "bug" and a lot of people are getting it. My question is, how do i get this fixed without sending my phone in and getting a new one? someone, please help. /:
