Without headphones, it works fine. I can hear sounds perfectly.
However, when I plug in 3 different earphones, the results are the same.
Movies: No sounds or too low even on max volume.
Music or anything else: Either very distorted, no sound at all, or too low even on max volume.
The only way for music to be heard is if I go through the equaliser on "settings" and set it to "wide". It doesn't sound like the song should be as the vocals are too low and the instrumentals are pitched.
What do I do to fix it?
