saab 9-3 or acura tl type s?

hello,
i was thinking about trading in or selling my 2006 saab 9-3 2.0Tm the turbo version. i was thinking about getting an 07 Acura TL type s. how is my saab compared to the type s? a lot of people tell me the saab handles better. is that true?

what aare the pros and cons of the Type S and the Saab?

I ALSO HEARD THAT THE TLs HAD A CALL BACK ON THE TRANSMISSION OR SOMETHING. IS THIS TRUE? IF SO WHICH MODELS N HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE TL IM ABOUT TO GET IS NOT A DEFECTED ONE?

If the Tls are not a good idea, recommend me somthing.

Saabs have a very good track record, acura, meh, they aren't BAD cars per se, but I feel they have too much invested into them when it comes to street racers.

I think the saab would be a better bet, but if your looking for something along the lines of the saab or TL, the new ford Taurus SHO seems to be an awesome car.
