Rogers question...about switching to a BlackBerry?

Okay, so I have an LG Xenon. I have a three year contract, but I'm only 1.5 years into it. My Xenon is all marked up, and I hate taking it out, because it looks really old. I want to buy a BlackBerry Torch. My current plan costs $25 a month. I just want to know an approximate price for:

-buying out of the contract
-unlimited texts, BBM, and Internet (monthly cost)
-the phone itself

well, my parents just upgraded to iphones recently and they did not had to pay anything for the upgrade fee. I believe they bargained a bit, but the price was not to high as they were upgrading into a better phones than they had b4. And they have a smartphone plan for $50 with unlimited texting(you can pick out of 5 features and this is one of them) and bbm and 500mb of internet. And i would buy it from futureshop(they have rogers there too) or best buy as they often have offers for a cheaper phone or gift cards etc. the phone costs 200(no sale)
