Watching Tractor Traylor play basketball was always a joy. Yeah, Tractor Traylor was fat. But that didn’t stop him from starring at Michigan. His unique combination of size, nimbleness and skill made him a fan favorite and made NBA decision makers dream. Although his NBA career never panned out, he was loved everywhere he played.
Unfortunately, I’m talking about Tractor Traylor in the past tense because he was found dead today in Puerto Rico, where he was playing professional basketball. Only 34 years old, Tractor Traylor reportedly died of a heart attack.
I, for one, will remember Tractor Traylor as one of the must fun to watch basketball players I’ve ever been blessed to watch.
