RDN seeks grant to help fund asset management planning work

The Regional District of Nanaimo is applying for a $25,000 matching grant from the Union of BC Municipalities in order to develop an asset management strategy. Staff have already reviewed the regional district’s current asset management practices and are in the process of assessing the current state of assets and the current policy, the latter dating back to 2016.
