questions about cingular [att]'s the tilt?

im upgrading my phone and my decision is between the tilt and iphone. what i want to know is can the tilt pull up interenet pages like the iphone?also how do you dial on it cuz i dont see numbers.And how is the music player? Any extra and cool info would be much appreciated
