I have a 6 month old and a 16 year old. She is on wet tripe dog food and hes on puppy pedigree he has been fine on his for a month but for some reason today he wont touch his and tries running for hers (we leave hers out all the time). I brought him into the living room and shut the dog in with his food by him and he wont touch it, and right now is jumping up to the door handle whining to get to hers.
The vet said because hes a large breed he should be on puppy food for 18months and the tripe company doesnt do puppy so what if this carries on? Can I mix the tripe in with his?
