Dec 17, 2008 #2 F Fudoken New member Dec 17, 2008 1 0 1 Go to your local GNC or call them, they could give you whey protein or something else. Get at least 140 (body weight) grams a day of protein. B.t.w after training hard and whatnot protein shakes are a great treat
