So i recently got LG dLite from T-mobile, and I'm struggling to transfer pictures n stuff onto and from the phone. when I plug it into my laptop with the usb in mass storage mode it only shows that the device is working properly but doesn't show the disk on my computer. i have windows 7. i tried the troubleshooter, which indicated that "windows update configured to never install drivers", but i checked and my setting is automatically install drivers. what do i do? im so clueless now.
