Predictions: Who will win the AL cy young? Who SHOULD win it?

I think Verlander will win it.
I think CC Should win it.

It was a close call between CC and Weaver...

What do you guys think? By the way, I'm not really against Verlander winning it, he has been tremendous to say the least. I just feel like CC has been so consistent for so long, leading the league by two wins, and no signs of slowing down, that he deserves the cy young. We'll see tho.

1.Verlander (I bet he throws at least 1 more nono this year)
2. Sabathia (Just cause wins are a bit easier to come by on the Yankees)
3. Beckett (Been consistenly lights out all year)
4. Weaver (Can be good, but never has been consistent. Remember that 4 game losing streak this year?)

I think Verlander should reason being that the amount of quality starts out of games started is absolutely insane. He currently has 19 quality starts out of 21 starts leading the league in QS.

i think weaver will win, but cc should win. neither weaver nor verlander pitch in new york, which is, i think, the hardest city in the world to play baseball. on top of that, cc has as good numbers as anyone in the american league

I think CC will win but we can never forget about James Shields. He has taken a Rays team who only was supposed to have David Price as an ace and were gonna keep only David and Evan. now they are third in the toughest division and baseball and much of that is thanks to James Shields and his brilliance.

Well Weaver is having statiscally the best year, but CC will probably end up with it.
