once in a while when i turn my blinker on the wipers turn on. and i replaced the wiper fluid pump but when i pull the wiper lever the wipers start and stop after 3 times like it should but the pump doesn't turn on. and i took my cruise control completely apart and it is in working condition but it wont turn on. and once in a while it just makes a clicking sound. i think it's something in my steering column or fuse box. please help
