life, which would you choose? 1 - Breads, Grain products
2 - Milk/Dairy Products
3 - Meats
4 - Fruits and Vegetables?
5 - Foods high in fat and/or sugar (Junk food)
 
If you include beans under fruits and vegetables (sometimes they're grouped with meats for some reason), I'd go 4. I'd pretty much just be a vegan.
