i'm planning to buy nokia n79 in next few days. but i'm really confused because of all this http://www.consumercomplaints.in/bycompany/nokia-n79-a55268.html this phone seems like it having hanging problem, is it true. i'm using nokia 3110c presently and really very unsatisfied with it, as its having restarting problem which never fixed up by nokia care after about 40 visits and now its warranty is over and they charging me 220 rs. per service whenever it crashes so now I'm really upset. should i spent 13000 rs. on nokia again for n79 should i take risk again. I'm really unsatisfied with nokia but I'm loving n 79's features.

should have at-least 5mp camera with secondary camera and video calling
3G with HSDPA, 3.6 Mbps or more
in short should have all features of n 79.
please i don't want to waste my money on another set of problems, as i'm student and have collected this money by pocket money given to me in almost 2 years. so please suggest for what i should go, my budget is 13000. not more than this.
