I regret to inform you

This chapter does not exist, ie the author is on hiatus I think. I read that the manga just stoped. I do not believe it is out in japan either, thus no links.

It does exist. They have out at least up to 26, if it is on hiatus. I've only seen 26 though. Theres an LJ community here a person has sumarized up to chapter 23 if it helps.
