Origin, not loading... need help!?

I'm trying to buy Dead Space 3, but every time i get to the "Confirm" Part of purchasing the game, the program just stops and does nothing. that little spinning blue circles appear where my mouse is so i guess it's loading. but i can still click on buttons. there's a "Continue" button but that does nothing.
The only thing that i've tried to do is restart the program but that didnt seem to fix it.
help please!!
