Oil industry or cruise ship job?

Hello,
Is there any possibility that here is some good soul that could help me to get a job at any of the entry level oil rig job?
I'm registered to rig zone but there all the jobs require experience and certifications even for the entry level positions.
I'm from Croatia, currently unemployed and with no signs to find a job in my country because of the situation in country. I have high school diploma from technical school in computer science and some college education. I have 3 years of work experience in IT sector.
Is there any chance to get a entry level job at oil rig or cruise ship in close future with this qualification?

I don't think the guys who run cruise ships are that picky when it comes to staff. They just want someone average/good looking who will smile the whole day and do everything in time. I guess it's quite stressful but the salaries are good. A lot of cruisers visit Croatia and so I guess it would be much easier to find such job.
