What is Obama going to do if it isn't the said, "peace comms satellite"?

He's got the little red button, right? Anyway, if there were a nuke attack in the world somewhere today, it would destroy the world economy overnight, so do you really think we'd be told about it?
Joe, I've spent a lot of time thinking about that very scenario, and I've come to the conclusion that there are several areas of the planet that are safe, including my little spot here in North-Central PA. Most cities would be hit with nothing larger than 1 Megaton yields for that very reason (Tactical Nukes). No one is going to break out the 50 Megaton jobs, it would only take 10-20 of those to destroy the world.
